2010s Police movie where the final scene takes place in a horse racing stadium.

I watched a film a few years ago with my parents and it was about a police officer who died in the beginning of the film, but most/all other details about the film have completely left my brain. As the title says, I’m sure that the final scene is set in a horce racing stadium. I also vaguely remember a bus (not Speed 1994) but that could be wrong. I know I haven’t given many details and it is probably near impossible to firgure out, but any help would be greatly appreciated!
