Movie Decade: I watched this movie when I was a kid. I believe it is from the 80’s, but it could easily be older, or possibly early 90’s.
The movie is in color
The main character was in a castle. I think It was part of some challenge where he had to stay there overnight, or for some number of nights.
There are monsters or traps that try to kill the main character, but he does things like ducks out of the way unaware of the danger.
There are some monsters that go bowling with skulls.
The horror element of the movie is pretty light. As a kid, I don’t believe I was scared after watching it.

Thanks for the reply. Unfortunately, none of these are the movie that I’m looking for, although some of the descriptions do seem quite close. I didn’t realize how many movies there are where someone needs to stay somewhere overnight. I might have to watch Castle of Blood.
