I need help remembering a movie I saw either on the Sundance Channel or IFC in the 90s or maybe early 2000s. I remember enjoying it, but only recall one thing about the movie. Honestly, all I can remember is that it’s two strangers living in different states discover a wind tunnel or “whispering wall” of sorts and they can communicate with each other just by talking normally into it. They can hear the other person like they’re right there despite being hundreds of miles away. Then one scene is what stuck and it’s the girl telling the guy her stepdad pees in the shower. They’re either both on a mountain or talking across a canyon. I know this is vague, but any help will be appreciated!
