Maybe early 2000s, a group of people, or somebody testing ways on how to bring animals back from the dead. They are working in a garage and I think the man has a son that keeps asking what he is working on. They work on small animals like rabbits and mice, and eventually they try to bring a person back to life. The experiment works and they bring the man back to life, but he doesn’t have a memory and can’t function really well. It ends with them bringing the resurrected man into a car and then driving away.
