A tv movie about the children who travel through a portal which is in fireplace

I watched a movie i think a child movie almost 20 years ago on TV when i was a child. In this movie there were two children i guess a brother and a sister. They find a portal in the fireplace which leads them to a country which is ruled by a queen or a king I dont remember clearly. Army of this country was in a war but I dont remember who was the enemy. I remember that the children throws a tomato paste can that looks so huge for the people who are behind the fireplace and send their toy soldiers to fight against this army so they stopped the war.

I’m trying to find this movie for years but no chance. Please help me.
