Action film?

This action film was one of the best I have ever seen! It includes kidnap in some kind (at the End), fast cars, the time that expires, a psyhopath. That psyhopath made that action so that hero can not Save anyone. There was one scene where the hero tried to help very Big man in the lift but he only had few minutes. And before he helped him, lift fell Down and he died. But later on he realised that he planned that as Well. I would ne so grateful to you if you help me find this film☺️🥰🥰
