I watched this movie years ago on Hulu. It was a small cast. Little to no talking. It takes place in a post apocalyptic setting. A woman is being held captive by the antagonist, and was impregnated by him. The protagonist seems to be on a mission to find this lady and save her. The most I can remember is a fight scene between the two where the antagonist is wearing the white mask with antlers attached to it.
