Crime suspense?

I think it’s a crime/suspense movie. A male/female team (maybe both are cops or she might be a liason or psych or something) enter an apartment to interview 2 women sitting on couch. The female investigator and women on couch had high school history or something. Women on couch says “I see you are still stuck up” or maybe “you’re still a stuck up bitch”.
