Flowers that spell the word ‘love’

I’m looking for a romantic movie in which the male character plants flowers/bulbs onto a hillside that when they flower spell the word ‘love’ (I think). The flowers may be daffodils. His partner/love interest sees the flowers toward the end of the movie and remind her of him.
