Help me find the name of this movie please

Movie is about a girl who plays a piano and wants to become a composer, or something. She goes to live as a tenant at some old man’s apartment. He has a piano, but doesn’t want her to touch it because his wife used to play it (I think). At the beginning they weren’t on the best terms, but as the time goes they become really close and he helps her with music. He also has a daughter, who is not so pleased with her father’s new tenant. At the end of the movie, after she moves out, she gets a letter from some music school in London, saying that she is accepted. She was so happy to share this information with him, only to find out he died couple of days ago (I think).
