Couple moves in the new neighborhood. I remember house having a lot of windows. They meet their neighbor who is nice at a first glance, but he is actually psycho. Every night he watches them through their windows. In the meantime couple’s dog disappears. Turns out the neighbor killed it. At the end I’m not really sure what happened, but he goes into their house and I remember some scenes with camera and him recording something.
Woman might have been pregnant.
Movie could’ve been released around 2000-2015
