Highway killer with TID

I need your help fellas.
Im tryin’ to find a movie I saw like a ton years ago or so, in the movie there’s a highway killer who drive a big truck.
This guy r*pe a girl in some point of the movie, if I remember well.
Every killer movie cliche is in this movie BUT, at the end it turns out that there was never an assassin driver but instead the girl who’s the protagonist has TID and she’s the assassin.
I’m getting freaking out about it, I’ve been searching for it for years with no answers and forgot it about 2 o 3 years, but today got the memories again and i’m tired of searching.
