Horror movie – help me find the title please

Only thing I remember about this movie is that there was this man (young adult) who is some sort of demon, devil. In the beginning of the film he comes to some girl’s house, I think she has a brother. She doesn’t know what he is, and she gets involved in that story. Later he is kinda reborn from this pit of blood or sth like that.
That’s it. Also, I think there was a scene when some man is killed in backyard while he was lawn mowing, only his baseball cap was left.
