Horror movie seen as a kid

I’m trying to find a horror movie I remember as a kid from like 7 years ago I don’t remember much about it I remember there was like aliens and somehow there were like soldiers? That fought the aliens and the most vivid scene of it was when one of the soldiers was like tied down I think and then lots of the tiny monsters crawled into his mouth also the aliens can take control over the human thanks!
