I can’t figure out the name of this movie and i’ve been searching for years.

I saw part of a movie in the early 2010s and can’t remember what it was called. All these years i’ve been curious about it and have wanted to finish it. A boy in a wheelchair is kissed by his girl crush (they are in middle school i believe) and it may have been a christmas movie where his father found love as well. I wish i had more details but this is all i can remember about it.
