Indian movie (probably), criminal in hiding, locked himself into a building/room

Looking for a movie where a criminal of some kind has locked himself into a room or a building to hide from people. Probably hiding from the police, but might’ve been from other criminals too, I don’t remember. Think it was an Indian movie, but I’m not entirely sure about that either.
