Late 1900s or Early 2000s animated movie title inquiry

I can’t remember the title of this movie, but I think it is from the early 2000s or late 1900s. This movie is animated and it starts off with a family (I think they’re royal) who is stormed by a bunch of solider-looking men and brought into a basement type setting. The family is all shot dead, but the young daughter is wearing a jacket with a pin that stops the bullet from killing her. A young boy sees that she is not dead and helps her to later escape. Does anyone know this movie and what it is called?
