Lightning ball in skyscraper

Hello,

Im looking for one old catastrophy movie.
I remember one scene there is i think a party then lightning struck and made a lightning ball in room, one woman tries to run away but she got evapored. There were more people that tried to get down the skyscraper.

Thats all i know i remember it watching it as kid maybe in year around 2005+/-
