Looking for 90’s/00’s vcr animated movie

I remember only a few details and some flashes but i need to know the name of this movie. It was a cartoon either from the 90s or 00s, there were a few little girls, i think three. I think one of them fell and got kidnapped by a witch. There was also a pony and they walked on stars and weird like space trails to save the third girl. They then also got kidnapped by this witch but they escaped in the end. The witch had a little sidekick as well. That is all i can remember.
