Saw part of this movie streaming on a channel that used to show martial arts/Asian action movies continuously. Movie had a white male protagonist (might’ve been a French production? IDK) set in Hong Kong or Korea or somewhere like that. Somehow the protag gets tangled up with a local crime gang, and in the only scene I remember much of is cornered by a bunch of gangsters in his apartment, where they capture and execute his female neighbor right in front of him.
