I’m looking for a movie about a prisoner that gets released but he has take over the life of another person and really become them.
He has to do strange tasks such as, eat bowls of rice porridge every day, or remember the number of plates in his new house to really become the other person.
I believe at some point in the movie there’s also a shoutout on a graveyard.

Could be The Assignment (1997)?
Two spies training a young naval officer to take the place of the terrorist Carlos in order to kill him.
He is being trained in an old prison. He has to eat rice porridge every day.
