looking for a movie cant remember the title or any of the actors. I just remember it starts off it is in black and white I think under an overpass bridge in America in the rain with a kid underneath it and I think the kid witnesses a crime or a murder. its commited by a staggeringly beautiful woman and at the end of the movie she rides down to an underground bar in a old steampunk style elevator and has a drink at the bar with the man who suspected her and she gets away with the crime they talk for ages at the bar at the end
