Movie where a dead man on a bike chases a guy who is driving

Hi guys!

I’m looking for a movie that I saw a long time ago.

From what I remember it was a mix between horror and comedy and I think it was from the eighties.

In it there was a scene in which the protagonist was driving fleeing from a dead man who was chasing him on a bicycle. On the run, he arrived at a house where a rather strange marriage awaited him. The woman was a model and the man a decrepit being, as if he were dead.

I hope that with the little information I have, someone can help me.
