Name of movie about a motorcycle that turns into a robot suit?

My autistic son desperately wants to watch a movie he says he saw long time ago that is not animated. Says it has a motorcycle in it that turns into a robot suit. I tried googling it but cannot find. Thought I would give it a try here bec more I ask him about it the more frustrated he becomes. Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thanks
