One Man Army

Not sure if its a tv show or movie but quite recent set in a modern skyscraper where one man saves the day and takes out all the bad guys he sneaks around using the air ducts and uses telecom and cctv. The hero maybe ex military or spy. Theres a big shootout scene in a big modern glass room where he takes out quite a few men.
