Puppet animation about wolf man and golden apple

Hello!
This movie is driving me, my family, my class, our parallel class and an online friend nuts.
The movie is a puppet animation, like the polish moomin tv-show. All the characters had a felt-like texture. The main villain of the movie was this man with a wolf hood, who poisoned the town’s well with a golden apple. There were also these bear children and this young blonde girl that the creepy wolf guy wanted to marry. If I remember correctly, the wolf man got burned inside a wicker sculpture at the end, but I’m not entirely sure. The movie was most likely from a country like poland, czechia or russia, judging from the animation style. My sister and I can remember seeing it several times on the YLE tv2 channel in finland, and so can my finnish friends. My father also remembers seeing this movie with us, and he says he thinks it was named after one of the characters, possibly the wolf man. We saw it somewhere around the years 2010-2014, but the movie was likely older than that.
If anyone has any idea of possible leads, please let me know, this is consuming all my thoughts. Thank you for your time.
