So I can’t remember too much from this movie however I’ll post what I know.
The movie involves a leading male actor (possibly African American (Denzel?)), and in this scene he meets up with a Russian(?) boss/mobster woman who has a youngish boy with her (both Caucasian, and the boy is around the age of 8-11) they meet up behind a commercial building late at night (North East US, woman is driving a black(?) Tahoe/Escalade/Suburban type SUV, male actor is driving a white(?) sedan) after they meetup the male actor talks with the woman and then gives the child a gift while they are still in the vehicle.
