Saw this movie in 1992

I saw this movie in 1992. It was definitely an 80s movie. All I remember is two men with red hair kidnapped a woman with blonde hair. The women was in her 20s and had a boy haircut. A tall man with brown hair and a red outfit went to the warehouse where she was being held to save her. Another man with silver hair was also there helping him rescue her. Despite having silver hair he didn’t look that old but this was a long time ago.
