Ok so they are 2 friends that are paramedics and they get a call about some guy them they loaf him up and they are still parked at this abandoned place where there is a camera watching them and the guy they are treating had a bomb in his chest and the main character that is a paramedic that his helping treat him gets a call saying some stuff about having his wife and needs to follow his instructions then the guy with the bomb in his chest blows up and kills his friend and tye ambiance
