Somewhat recent Undercover movie

I have very little information, I just have limited memories of a fairly recently made movie, maybe within the past 10 years? All I can remember is there is an undercover kid in a crime family. I remember a scene near the end where there is a shootout in a the bathroom of a motel, someone barges in with a shotgun and shoots someone dead in the teal colored bathtub. I also remember what I think is the ending of the movie where they drive out of the motel parking lot in a van. From what I remember its an action comedy movie. At first I thought I was thinking of the departed but I scrubbed through that movie again just to make sure and its not.
