This may be a long shot

I vaguely remember watching a movie that was on netflix sometime in 2014 to 2016 that followed I guy who I think was a musician and he falls for a girl and they go to a party where I believe he does heroin (or some other drug) and he hallucinates people wearing animal masks, I can not for the life of me remember specifics outside of him seeing the people with animal masks
