What is the title of this 90s/2000s movie where a sister moves in with her brother to help raise his children. I think the brother’s wife recently died, and eventually the brother meets someone and the sister has to move out because there is tension. All I remember is that the sister moves into her own place adn that she is a painter. This could be a TV movie, but I think the actress was somewhat famous.
