Trying to find out the name of a drug smuggling movie with a character called the Indian

There was a movie, I think in the 80s or the 90s, where they were trying to smuggle 500 or 1000 kilos into the country. They had to lure this smuggler out of retirement they called “the indian,” who went on to smuggle the drugs under the hull of a ship in a net, and in mattresses on a tugboat. Unfortunately, that’s all I remember of the movie but it was a real good one. If anyone could help I would be greatly appreciative. Thanks a million.
