TV Movie About Psychic Woman

I am desperate for your help. I thought of a movie I watched years ago, randomly and I can’t remember what it was.

It was a TV movie I think, about a psychic woman who tries to find a missing girl (or the killer). And I distinctively remember it starred the sister of a more famous actress. I think it was a 2000’s movie.

Don’t ask me how I recall that info but I do! Any ideas?
