What is this movie ?

so i just watched this movie today and all i remember was a guy was robbing a house and he was searching the house and found a girl chained up and he really wants to rescue her but the guy holding her hostage came home and so he had to go and he said ill rescue you and he calls the cops and they go to the house and everything is normal no girl chained up its a normal office and the guy robbing the house really wants to find her and and help the girl chained up so he starts going to the house a lot to spy on the guy to see if he can see the girl there and he doesn’t see the girl then the guy holding the girl hostage he makes bad things happen to his family and friends so they track him and he was torturing the girl so he goes to the place the guy was at sorry for long boring description and my memory isnt good with movies that have so much going
