What the heck is this movie!?

I watched it at 2 AM in 4th grade and I only remember snippets. It was a murder… maybe a murder comedy. It was one of those super dumb movies. The murderer was cloaked in black. There was a scene where they murdered a guy in a pear or a fruit suit. There was also a sex scene where 2 people are hiding in the closet watching these 2 people bang it out to try and see if one of them is the murderer. Another scene includes the murderer throwing a radio? into a pool to kill someone. Last scene I remember is a girl getting in a golf cart and driving away only for the murderer to walk right up to her because she’s going so slow.
