An animated children’s movie where a girl and a white boy with “dreadlocks” goes through a wishing well and gets to another world where three witches with green fog hunt them down. In one of the first scenes, the boy balances on a beam of an unfinished building and almost falls down to the ground. There´s also a scene where the boy and the girl jump on soap bubbles to get out of the “wishing well-world”. I also think that the girl was supposed to marry a rich old man…

I´m from Norway so as a child I watched it in Norwegian, but I think it was an English movie. But if not it could have possibly been Scandinavian… I don’t know how old it is, but I believe it was created between 2000 and 2010. It was an animated, “cartoon” movie.
was this in english originally? how old is it? it is a real film, not an anime?
