in the beginning theres 3 teens (maybe aged like 11-15). 1 girl gets harassed by some other boys she goes home and drinks boiling water from a kettle. boy#1 has a stress dough that he slams it everywhere. he goes to buy meat to the market but gets angry and puts it in trash ig? boy#2 has a retarded dad that he feeds, looks after etc. he beats his dad one day. then the 2 boys found a child (maybe the children can be one of the boys siblings?) they take the baby (or the children) to the mall. then they go to train rails and crush the baby’s head with a rock. maybe the cover included a fly in it?? PLEASE I BEG YOU PLEASE FIND THIS MOVIES TITLE
