I remember a film I saw when I was a kid.It was about a bony man who became into a powerful monster by drinking some liquid.They chained him in a train if Im not wrong then he freed himself.also there was a fight between armed men and a vampire who could absorb bullets.there was a storm in the end and they were escaping from it with a strange car.
