Maybe a tv episode from the 80’s where a woman gets revenge on plastic surgeon who got drunk the night before operating on her. He messed up her face and she finds him at an airport or some kind of public facility and lures him to her by giving him sexy glances until she gets him alone and reveals her true face and kills him (with a scalpel maybe)
